Temple Israel’s Youth Leadership program (TIYuL) offers hands-on, creative learning opportunities from local Jewish leaders and experts and explores the many exciting ways to see and understand the world through a Jewish lens along life’s journey.

Join us for TI's new Grandparents' Gathering, a two-session series led by fellow TI members who are grandparents themselves. We'll gather to chat about the myriad experiences that make up the special grandparent-grandchild relationship. Coffee, bagels with schmear, and fresh fruit will be provided.

Students will meet with their Hebrew learning group on a weekly basis to work toward the learning goals. Each group learning session will be 1 hour in length. Students and tutors will work together to meet learning goals.

TIFTY members of all ages are invited to join our TIFTY Hanukah Paint Party at That Painting Spot! Get into the spirit of giving by making a gift or two for friends or family or just get into the creative vibe and make a lil’ something just for you!

To ensure that each child at our partner school has a holiday gift this season, we’re creating a Gift Store at Monroe so parents or caregivers can select an item and have it beautifully wrapped by volunteers. It’s a Hanukah mitzvah!

Join our fun Shabbat service for kids 6 and under! Tots will enjoy a service led by the Rabbis and Miss Megan featuring familiar tunes, prayers, and dancing, and keep the celebration going following services with a yummy "lite bite" in the Isserman.

Two years ago, Rabbi Shook began an unprecedented program of Bible study that centered on the New Testament. In continuation of this important study, this year’s class will open with the New Testament book, The Acts of the Apostles. Pre-registration is required for all who wish to attend.
