Leading with a Jewish Heart

TEXT: Leading with a Jewish Heart IMAGE: Hands holding the Torah on Simchat TorahTemple Israel's leadership development program, Leading with a Jewish Heart, is open to members who want to deepen their pride and connection to Judaism while contributing to TI's well-being as community builders. Throughout the program, participants will focus on topics pertaining to Reform Judaism, governance, and effective leadership; learn how to embody TI's Core Beliefs; and become more actively engaged to impact the congregation's past and future.

Co-Chairs: Susan Frager and Rob Litz
Committee: Jeff Brown and Sarah Falkoff

"Leading with a Jewish Heart was a wonderful way to learn about the inner workings of the Temple and what it takes to successfully run this amazing organization. I really enjoyed meeting so many fellow members, learning their stories and developing those relationships. It opened my eyes and gave me a new perspective on the role of the Temple within the greater Jewish community. It also helped me learn more about myself and my potential for leadership. I was inspired to be more active and engaged in the TI community, so much so that I have since joined the Board."
-Rachel Protzel, Leading with a Jewish Heart alumna
