We're so excited that students will take "A Journey Through Israel" during Religious School on Sunday, April 30. The morning will include themed activites for students to experience the culture and tastes of modern-day Israel. All students will enjoy a presentation & interactive activity led by our local Shinshinim - young adults who serve as international ambassadors prior to serving in the Israeli army - as well as an opportunity to make (and devour) Israel-style treats.

Students in grades 4-10 will get to watch the Israeli film Abe about a half-Israeli, half-Palestinian kid from Brooklyn and his love for food and fusion. Cool fact: the main character, Abe, played by Noah Schnapp of Stranger Things fame, is Jewish in real life, too!
