Join us for an all-school tefillah, family picnic, and ceremony to honor TIRS teacher Debbie Schultz!

On the last day of Religious School, we're planning a celebration! We’re inviting all parents to join us for tefillah where we’ll sing, pray, and honor Morah Debbie Schultz for 30 years serving our TI Education Center families!  

Following tefillah, join us for our annual all-school family picnic on the upper playground and pavilion.

It's going to be a blast, so mark your calendars, grab a picnic blanket, pack your lunch, and celebrate alongside other TI families on a beautiful spring day to conclude this amazing year of learning!   

   
Sunday, May 4:
Tefillah and ceremony honoring Morah Debbie | 10:30 am | Gall Family Sanctuary
All-school family picnic | 11:00 am | Freund Pavilion & Upper Playground (weather permitting)
BYO lunch (picnic tables and grassy knolls provided!) plus complimentary ice cream truck treats for all guests!

No RSVP necessary for TIRS students and families.

All About Debbie:
Morah Debbie Schultz is being honored for her remarkable 30 years of dedication at Temple Israel's Religious School, where she has transformed the lives of so many students. Her exceptional ability to meet our youth where they are — whether it’s supporting students through personal challenges or navigating unique learning styles — Debbie fosters a welcoming environment that makes every individual's Jewish journey feel valid and celebrated. Throughout her tenure, she has taught 3rd and 4th grades in Religious School as well as teaching Hebrew School and tutoring countless students as they’ve prepared for their B’nai Mitzvah. With a curriculum centered on kindness as a core Jewish value, Debbie exemplifies what it means to be a mensch, leaving an indelible mark on our community.
