Purim Shpiel
Join us at TI for a Purim Shpiel (theater performance), a tradition spanning many centuries and is considered to be the origin of Yiddish theater. Led by TI member and artistic director of the JCC's New Jewish Theater, Rebekah Scallet, our TI Religious & Hebrew School students are practicing for a very festive and entertaining shpiel we're calling Purim Pop Palooza, a new retelling of the Purim story with all your favorite Purim characters singing parodies of songs you know by artists like Billie Eilish, Lil Nas X, Lizzo, and even a little Baby Shark!
Sunday, March 5 | 10:30 am - 11:00 am | Gall Family Sanctuary
Purim Shpiel is free to attend; no RSVP necessary
