With Andrew Rehfeld, Ph.D., President of Hebrew Union College-Jewish Institute of Religion
What do we do when the environment that sustained us for so long begins to transform? What do we mean when we say we are “Reform Jews?” What is “Reform Judaism” and how does an approach to Judaism now over 200 years old continue to drive meaning and purpose today? In this talk, we’ll explore the history of our Movement, the institutions that it created, and the ideas that drive it, and ask what it means for our future as modern Jews in North America.
