Our Women's ConnecTIon events were created as a series to empower us, connect us to our spirituality, and hone our mindfulness and renewal practices as we gather four times this year. At each event, we'll be building on our knowledge and practices, so we recommend attending all, or most.
Each guest will receive an Intention & Reflection Journal at their first event as a written companion to the program.

About the Diagnostic Thinking program:
We all interpret life events and draw conclusions from the world at large. We develop our own “private logic.” During our lives, this process of taking in events, and our emotional responses to these events, creates beliefs that cloud our decisions and get in the way of the outcomes we want. The Diagnostic Thinking program will help attendees find, frame, and formulate their obstacles, create self and social awareness, provide tools for relationship management, and help us to identify specific ways to manage our own “private logic.” By the end of the program, you’ll have helpful tools to overcome the self-limiting inner fears and self-justifications that cause frustration, impact opportunity, and halt self-sabotage.

About the facilitator:
Dina Readinger serves as CEO & Creator of Diversity Diagnostic Leadership Systems, as well as CEO of ACE Coaching Company, LLC, where she works with companies and individuals to create high performing cultures and teams.
