Member of TI for 22 years, Trustee, volunteer, friend to everyone she meets, wife and mom

“My husband Art and I became members of Temple Israel through a program after we were first married. We wanted to become involved as a couple and as individuals. We are both still active on different committees, and we help on different events throughout the year. This year, I joined the Board because I feel it is important to know what is going on, and I enjoy being part of the Temple’s journey for the future. And, more important, Art and I have made many lifelong friends from being part of the TI family."

What’s something the TI community may not know about you? “I am an avid Needlepointer, and I am president of Gateway American Needlepoint Guild in STL. We have over 70 members. I also love to garden and have enjoyed working on the landscapes at TI. I also have three brothers, and one of them is my twin!”

Favorite Jewish holiday? “I love the High Holy Days. I enjoy services and being with my family.”

What type of music do you love to listen to? “I love Broadway showtunes, old and new.”
